I agree, why not have some fun with a guest room. Your guests will appreciate the effort - in comparison to a bland 'made-up' guest room.

Great idea re staying in it a night yourself, if your not comfortable in a room in your own home, how could anyone else be?

Usually guest rooms are neutral and light, but I suppose doing something bright and unusual every once in a while is not a bad idea, either.

If you're in the corner and have no money to get out from that point, you would require to take the mortgage loans. Because it will aid you for sure. I get secured loan every year and feel myself OK because of that.

I agree with you. My cuz's guest room was also turned into a storage shed a week after she got married, and that was fine because we used to put a lot of stuff there too. Also, your guests can put their stuff in the storage, just in case.
